GRAC Fundraise

Live and unclosed. No round announced.

We are currently raising capital for GRAC and the process is ongoing.

This note is not an announcement. It is a snapshot of how we are approaching the fundraise while it is still unfolding.

Why we are raising

GRAC was built around a problem we kept seeing across organisations.

Compliance is taken seriously, but it is hard to run consistently. Policies are written, controls are defined, and reviews are scheduled, yet day-to-day execution depends on people remembering what to do and when to do it.

Over time, this creates a gap between what is expected and what is actually implemented.

GRAC was designed to close that gap by making compliance something teams can operate in real time, not just document.

What the fundraise involves

Fundraising is more than investor conversations.

Alongside meetings, we are actively working on how GRAC is explained and experienced. This includes building the GRAC website, refining pitch decks, walking through product demos, visiting organisations to observe real compliance workflows, and preparing supporting material such as brochures and newsletters.

This work is not about presentation. It is about clarity.

Each conversation and demo forces us to be precise about what GRAC does, how it fits into an organisation, and where it creates value.

What we are learning

Product demos show where explanations need work. Company visits ground our assumptions in reality. Written material exposes where language becomes vague.

We treat these as signals, not tasks to get through.

The fundraise becomes a way to sharpen both the product and how it is communicated.

What we are optimising for

We are not optimising for speed or optics.

We are optimising for alignment with people who understand that compliance is a long-term, trust-driven problem and that systems in this space need to be reliable before they are ambitious.

Where things stand

The problem is well defined. The direction is clear. The demand is real.

This fundraise is about strengthening the foundation and preparing GRAC for sustained growth, not changing its course.

Closing note

GRAC exists to make compliance easier to run without depending on individual effort or constant follow-ups.

That focus guides how we build the product and how we approach the fundraise.
